The best word that I think has been used to describe me is balanced. Since I was young I concerned myself with fairness and I think this has lead to my balanced approach to life, management, and teamwork.
This translates into my ability to work in teams with very diverse backgrounds and from many walks of life. Being a non-traditional student has afforded me many of these qualities. I was able to learn from an early age the value of working in a team and accepting the differences in people for the purpose of achieving workplace goals and unification.
Even during challenging conversations with subordinates, supervisors, and peers, I am able to actively seek understanding, and most importantly, empathize.
